Charlotte's Bar to Close

Charlotte's Bar, who has taken perimeter boards around Hereford United's ground and a full page advertisment in the matchday programme, is believed to have closed.

HCS understands that Charlotte's Bar in St Owen's Street is the latest casualty in the credit crunch. Charlotte's Bar was part of a much welcome renewal in St. Owen's Street and it's demise is very sad. Readers may wonder how we can be considering building a second town centre on the Edgar Street Grid to compete with the one we have already, which is struggling so much to survive.
