Uddin enjoys every second

Defender Anwar Uddin used to play for Hereford United and is now plying his trade at Dagenham and Redbridge.

Earlier this week he took part in a discussion on Five Live about racism in football.

Last week he was featured on the Football League Podcast reflecting on how his career path has differed to that of his former West Ham team-mates like Frank Lampard and Joe Cole, but how he has enjoyed every second of it.

And just like both Lampard and Cole, Uddin has been linked with attractive females.

One of whom is model and page three girl Leilan Dowding.
