Dagenham and Redbridge manager John Still appeared very pleased with the goal-less draw with Hereford last Saturday.
"We've come to Hereford and got a very good result with a very good performance.
"We were strong and from that strength we showed quality and to be away from home to a higher team I don't think you'd notice.
"We watched Hereford at Peterborough last week when they played very well and to come here and be in control I thought we played very well.
"We competed all over the pitch and it is very important to do that in a competition like the FA Cup."
Meanwhile discounts may be available for the replay next Tuesday at Dagenham. It is thought that Hereford United will publish full details either later today or tomorrow.
