Tamika Mkandawire has been pronounced fit and ready to take his place in the Leyton Orient squad to play his former team Hereford United on Saturday.
Both Mkandawire and team mate Alton Thelwell came through Saturday's friendly at Stevenage without any problems.
"Mkandawire played 90 minutes and Thelwell 65," said Orient manager Martin Ling.
"So both of them will benefitted from the workout - and that was the biggest issue for me.
"It hasn't been ideal for them, but we knew we'd have that situation. Alton hasn't played much because we had to protect that knee and Tam took longer to come back than we originally thought, but he was pain free on Saturday and pain free against Tottenham.
"Tam's had one-and-a-half games now and he'll be ready for next week."
