Gillingham and Bournemouth will not be League One members next season and, disappointly, neither will be Nottm Forest.
The Gills and Cherries lost their battles against relegation. The Gills lost 2-1 at Leeds to guarantee their demotion, while the Cherries drew 1-1 at Carlisle. That result would have been enough if Cheltenham had lost to promotion chasers Doncaster, but they won 2-1 thanks to a late Paul Connor goal.
That goal also ended Donny's automatic hopes, with Nottm Forest going up instead after beating Yeovil 3-2. Doncaster will now face Southend in the play-offs, with Leeds facing Carlisle.
