Elder to miss Hereford Match

Brentford striker Nathan Elder will miss their home game with Hereford United on Saturday.

Elder, who joined Brentford from Brighton for £35,000 in January, has been playing with a knee injury for several weeks. He will have an operation on Wednesday.

Since partnering former Bull Alan Connell in attack the pair have scored ten goals between them.

Meanwhile Connell has been a regular for the Bees this season scoring twelve goals to date.

Finally Stockport County look like they will have good support at Barnet on Saturday. Around 900 tickets have already been snapped up by their supporters.

However they may be without loan defender Shaleum Logan. The 20-year-old is needed to plug a growing injury crisis at Manchester City that worsened yesterday when Richard Dunne limped out of the 3-1 win over Portsmouth with a tight hamstring.
