Exeter are carrying a £300,000 debt according to their latest figures. The Grecians, who were believed to be debt free after their fortuitous FA Cup games with Man Utd three years ago, have needed £500,000 from their Supporters Trust in the last three years to keep the debt down. The debt only surfaced after a full review of their accounts.

Mansfield have signed former Northern Ireland international Kevin Horlock and Neil Wainwright from Darlington, both until the end of the season. Horlock comes from Scunthorpe without playing a game for them since signing in the summer, while Wainwright was Player of the Year at the Quakers last season. Lincoln have released striker Ollie Ryan by mutual consent just weeks after agreeing a deal until the end of the season. The former youth teamer is now expected to sign for Boston.

Stockport have extended the loans of goalkeeper John Ruddy and full back Shaleum Logan until the end of the season. The Premiership pair are joined at Edgeley Park by Bolton striker Johann Smith, a US youth international who previously had a spell at Darlington. Kidderminster are cutting admission prices in an attempt to gain back lost fans, with under 16's getting into their last four home games for £1. They budgeted for 2,000 gates this season, with recent gates seeing the average drop to 1,556.
