The Bulls will want a quick return to winning ways when they take on Stockport on Saturday.
A pattern is emerging in games between these two sides, with the away team winning each of the last four encounters. The Bulls have recorded two victories at Edgeley Park, the most recent in November when a Lionel Ainsworth hat-trick was sufficient for a 3-2 win, while Stockport beat the Bulls at Edgar Street 2-0 twice - in a League encounter last season and a FA Cup match the season before.
The Bulls will be scratching their heads how they lost to Dagenham after smashing four past them only a couple of weeks before. They will hope to extend the loan of Gary Hooper after it expired following the Daggers match. Hooper has scored five times in seven games, with the Bulls only losing when he has not scored during his stay.
Stockport will travel to Edgar Street looking for a seventh successive away win to equal a 57 year old club record. While the run has included several struggling teams they did win 4-1 at Rotherham a couple of weeks ago before winning at Accrington this past weekend. Their good away form, with just four losses all season, is the main reason they have clawed their way back into play-off contention.
Hereford United vs Stockport County, Edgar Street, Saturday 1st March, 3.00pm.
