With Hereford United in the third round of the FA Cup, there is the possibility of having to play two games in three days should a replay of the Cup game, which is due to take place on January 5th, be required.
At present the fixture list shows the home game against Shrewsbury taking place on Sunday January 13th with a 2pm start. Should the Bulls draw at Tranmere then, assuming Hereford stick to a Tuesday evening, the replay will take place on January 15th just two days later.
However as Sky are televising Hereford's following League game at Chesterfield on Monday January 21st (moved from the previous Saturday), there is a possibilty that any replay might take place on the Wednesday evening as long as the police agree.
