Graham Turner have been talking about how the young and the less young players are currently fitting in at Edgar Street.
"I like the enthusiasm of the youngsters, but I always say that the dressing room is only as good as the senior players," Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"If they are right and want to work then you are OK, but if they are only in it for the last pay days you are in trouble.
"I have to say that at the moment our dressing room is very good.
"Our senior players have set a very good example with the way they have applied themselves in training - and in games - that's one of the reasons we are enjoying some success."
