Mansfield boss Billy Dearden has spoken the The Chad today about tomorrow's game:
"We know how difficult it will be tomorrow. Darlington had only conceded five goals all season before Saturday and Hereford hit five past them in one game. It just shows you what can happen in this league – it is wide open.
"Hereford are very difficult to beat at home. But, don't forget we scored five on Saturday as well. I can't see either side scoring five again tomorrow. But let's hope we can keep our run going, get another clean sheet and bring three points home.
"Graham Turner is a good manager and a friend of mine since we were together at Chester. He has signed one or two decent players and they like to play good football. I think it will be a good, entertaining game. Confidence is high here but we won't be over-confident. We know we will have to work very hard at Hereford for any kind of result."
Dearden and Turner played together for two years at Chester nearly 40 years ago. Dearden left Chester in 1970 for Sheff Utd, while Turner stayed until 1973. Their only meeting as managers came during last season's match at Edgar Street, with Mansfield running out 3-1 winners.
