Hereford United coach John Trewick spoke to BBC Hereford and Worcester after today's emphatic victory over Darlington. Below is a flavour of what he said.
"The performance turned out, at the end, to be very good. I thought the first half was fairly even. We had a number of chances early in the half and I thought Darlington passed the ball quite well without creating too many chances.
"At half time I don't think anybody would have thought we would have gone on and controlled the game the way we did.
"We got an early goal second half to go 2-1 up and the once the third one went in I thought it was relatively comfortable after that. One or two of the Darlington heads dropped.
"We want to pass the ball as well as anybody in the League and when we are at our best I beleive we can.
"We've got players in the side who have shown today that we can be dangerous as well. It was a really strong performance."
The Bulls play Mansfield, who put five goals past Macclesfield this afternoon, on Tuesday and Trewick said the players must put this win behind them.
"What we don't want is an after the Lord Mayor's show performance and we will be guarding against that."
Reminded that Darlington had the best defensive record in the League before Hereford played them, Trewick said it knocked them hard in the second period.
"They are not used to conceding goals like that. When we were three up and threatening and then got the fourth they were like rabbits in the headlights."
