Not too disappointed said Turner

Graham Turner has spoken about last night's Trophy game against Yeovil who went through to the next round after a penalty shoot-out.

"I thought we worked hard in the game. I thought they had a decent side out and had some good players," the Hereford United manager told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"Both sides had some chances, both sides tried to pass it.

"Not too disappointed with the performance."

Meanwhile Yeovil manager Russdell Slade spoke to the Western Daily Press.

"It was a contrast to the Carling Cup game. You may not say we are at our best right now, having suffered with injuries, but we were again nice and solid - that is only one goal conceded in three games.

"I think we are creating as well. There were enough chances to have scored a couple of goals. I am not saying Hereford couldn't have scored, either, but we defended very well. We looked like we might nick one in the last few minutes and, fortunately, we managed to put more penalties away than them."
