Turner looks forward to Rotherham and Yeovil

Graham Turner has told the Hereford Times that although the Bulls lost their pre-season friendlies to both Wolves and West Brom he is 'reasonably pleased' with pre-season and is looking forward to the first two games.

"Rotherham were a Championship side not too long ago but recently have had their difficulties financially which is one of the reasons why they find themselves in League Two again," said Turner.

"We have had them watched and the report was quite complimentary. On the basis that three of the four relegated sides were promoted straight back up last season, Rotherham must be among the favourites for promotion.

"Yeovil, in the Carling Cup are old rivals. We have had some cracking games against them and I think this is a game to whet the appetite.

"Although we want to win, the pressure is off the players in much the same way as it was when we beat Coventry 3-1 in the competition last season."

Also in the paper Turner reveals that he lost two players he wanted to sign because he refused to pay the agent's fee and suggests that the new surface at Edgar Street should help 'a side that wants to get the ball down and pass it'.
