Andy Williams has signed a three year deal at Bristol Rovers according to this morning's Western Daily Press. His departure from Edgar Street comes after an offer to move last January was turned down by the 20 year old striker.
The paper goes on to report that no announcements will be made by the clubs whilst they try to arrive at a compensation deal. If they fail the fee will be decided by a tribunal.
