Fleetwood to play on the Lawn

Stuart Fleetwood, the ex-Hereford United striker, has agreed a one year deal at the Lawn according to the press officer of Forest Green Rovers. He is their first signing of the season and joins three other ex Bulls, Jamie Pitman, Danny Carey-Bertram and Mark Beesley.

"With several players he already knows, this will no doubt assist Stuart settling in; and with him over his viral complaint, I am very hopeful that he and Danny (Carey-Bertram) will become a formidable strike force in this season's campaign," commented manager Jim Harvey.

Forest Green are playing a friendly at Westfields on August 2nd. No doubt Fleetwood will be in their team.
