Rotherham have signed striker Tom Cahill from Matlock Town. The 20 year old has just completed a law degree and scored 14 times last season in limited appearances due to his studies. MK Dons have lost the services of Martin Allen, who has agreed to take over at Leicester.
Ex-Bull Tony Capaldi has left Plymouth for Cardiff on a free transfer. The Northern Ireland international played 14 times for the Bulls in late 2001, sharing the Edgar Street pitch with Cardiff regular Paul Parry. Boston have yet to submit the necessary paperwork to Conference chiefs for their entry to the competition next season.
