Marcus Palmer's loan move to Bath is in doubt after his hat-trick against Westfields gave Graham Turner food for thought.
With the Bulls senior strikers failing to score in the last three games, Palmer's strikes have left Turner pondering adding the teenager to the squad for Saturday's match with MK Dons. The former Cheltenham man is yet to feature at all for the first team squad, but is highly thought of by the Edgar Street coaching staff.
Bath manager John Relish told the local press last night: "Graham Turner is having second thoughts about letting Marcus go as he might be involved with their first team on Saturday. He's going to give me a decision tomorrow."
Any loan move would have to be completed prior to today's deadline.
