Australia's under 23 soccer team, known as the Olyroos, defeated Saudi Arabia 2-0 in Adelaide this evening (Aussie time).
Hereford United's Trent McClenahan travelled to his homeland last weekend to be with the squad and was expected to take some part in the game.
However he remained on the bench as an un-used sub.
