Graham Turner, the Hereford United manager, is looking to get back to winning ways tomorrow when Mansfield visit Edgar Street. The Stags defeated the Bulls 4-1 earlier this season and Turner thought that was the poorest performance of his side this season so far.
"Sometimes you get defining games through the season, and I think this is one of them," Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"It's been a strenuous league programme over the Christmas and New Year period; then there was the disappointment of the FA Cup.
"We've got to put all of that behind us and we've got to take three points from the match; it's as simple as that."
Meanwhile former Hereford United striker Daniel Carey-Bertram has moved from Cambridge to Forest Green Rovers where he will team up with another ex-Bull Jamie Pitman. Carey-Bertram made 17 appearances for Cambridge but only scored three goals.
'Jim Harvey (the FGR manager) is extremely pleased to have Danny on board because he has followed his career and believes he will suit the style of play which he is fostering for the squad to play to,' says the FGR website.
