Two current Hereford United players have both turned out for Bournemouth in the past.
Alan Connell joined the Cherries in 2002 from Ipswich, where he started his football career as a trainee.
He had three seasons at the club before moving to Torquay at the start of last season.
Whilst at Torquay he failed to make too much impact and Bournemouth tried, but failed, to have him back on loan last March.
Phil Gulliver had a two month loan spell at Bournemouth in 2003. He was a trainee at Middlesborough at the time.
