Swindon Town have signed Andy Lonergan from Preston North End for an initial month on loan.
Lonergan is recovering a serious knee injury. It is thought he will go into the squad to face Hereford United on Saturday.
He will competes with Phil Smith to be in goal whilst Peter Brezovan recovers from a broken arm.
