Pre-season review from BBC Sport

Below is the BBC's look at Hereford United:

Nickname: Bulls
Ground: Edgar Street
Capacity: 8, 8843
Last season: 2nd Conference (Promoted via play-offs)
Manager: Graham Turner (August, 1995)

In: Wayne Brown (Chester), Alan Connell (Torquay), Phil Gulliver (Rushden & Diamonds, undisclosed), Tony James, Trent McClenahan (West Ham), Richard Rose (Gillingham), Gareth Sheldon (Kidderminster), Tim Sills (Oxford), Glynn Thompson (Shrewsbury), Jon Wallis (Gillingham)

Out: Dan Carey-Bertram (Cambridge Utd), Stacy Coldicott, Ryan Green (Bristol Rovers), Guy Ipoua, Craig Mawson (Shrewsbury), Jamie Pitman (Forest Green Rovers), Craig Stanley (Morecambe), Adam Stansfield (Exeter)

BBC Sport verdict: Boss Graham Turner took a broom to the squad that regained the Bulls League status after a nine-year absence.

He replaced the promotion-winners that left with experienced players, and signed a goal-getter in Alan Connell.

The Bulls could upset the form book by making the play-offs for a second successive season.

Key man: Alan Connell. Leading scorer for Torquay last season, a proven goal-getter.

Please note there are several mistakes in the BBC's preview.

The capacity of Edgar Street is around 7,500. Tony James has left Hereford United for Weymouth. Martyn Giles (Carmarthen) and Trent McClenahan (West Ham) have joined the Bulls. Craig Mawson has joined Halifax.

Meanwhile Sky Sports don't get everything correct either. According to them Graham Turner is manager of the Gulls, not the Bulls.
