Only Rob Purdie and Simon Travis have been selected for the England squad for the Four Nations Tournament which is to be staged in Sussex starting on May 23.
Originally six Hereford players were picked but for reasons yet unknown manager Paul Fairclough has discarded four of them including current club captain Tamika Mkandawire.
Mkandawire has recently been troubled by a knee injury and may need a period of rest after the Play-off final.
The other players left out are Wayne Brown, Andy Willams, and Andrew Ferrell.
