Hereford United kept up their challenge on Accrington Stanley with three hard won points at Gravesend this evening.
Andy Williams put the Bulls 2-1 ahead after 80 minutes.
Hereford United had levelled the scores after 73 minutes when new-comer Rob King equalised. The Bulls were losing 1-0 at half time after Gravesend scored on 33 minutes. The scorer was Jimmy Jackson.
Just before the goal Daryl Taylor was sent off for a foul (serious foul play according to Sporting Life) on Bradley Johnson who was treated for some time after Taylor went in with studs showing.
Taylor could miss three games.
Very poor attendance at Gravesend this evening with only 618 spectators including just over 100 supporting Hereford.
Meanwhile Accrington defeated Aldershot 4-1, but Grays could only draw at Cambridge. However York kept up their good run with a win at Dagenham.
Finally Liam Richardson of Accrington was sent off for a second bookable offence in their game at Aldershot.
