Aldershot have released non-contract player Brian Tinnion in a bid to free up finance for a new forward.
Tinnion, 37, played eight times for the club and Aldershot won their first four league games with him in the side. The versatile midfielder or defender is still looking to continue playing.
"Brian wants to continue playing, but we have just signed Ryan Williams for our left side of midfield, I need funds to sign some forwards and we only have a limited time for that" Terry Brown told the official Aldershot website.
