LDV Opponents Port Vale are set to lose a second player in the space of a week to Championship side Hull City.
Striker Billy Paynter is scheduled to undergo a medical at the KC Stadium tomorrow, and will then sign for Hull on loan with a permanent move to be completed in January's transfer window. He follows defender and club captain Sam Collins out of the door at Vale Park.
