Former Bulls strikers Danny Davidson, recently released from Crawley, and Ian Foster, who finalised his departure from Forest Green last week, have both joined Conference North third placed side Nuneaton Borough.
Davidson, 26, made his debut for his eighth club in their 3-2 league win over bottom club Vauxhall Motors. Foster, 29, was an unused sub after failing to appear for Forest Green through injury.
Neither were favourites at Edgar Street. Davidson played 11 games for the Bulls without scoring before literally disappearing from an away match at Scarboro in early 2002, later joining former Bulls coach Phil Robinson at Stafford and scoring 31 goals in two seasons to earn a move to Crawley. The volatile Foster scored just four in 36 appearances before being released in 1998. He eventually won the Conference two years later with Kidderminster, though saw them relegated back last season in his second spell with the club.
