Bulls Play Stockport In Second Round

The Bulls have been drawn home to Stockport County in the Second Round of the FA Cup.

Stockport currently lie 22nd in the League Two table, two points off the bottom. They have won just one of their last 10 league games, losing 6-0 last weekend to Carlisle, but upset the form book to beat League One highfliers Swansea City 2-0 in Round One. They feature former Bull Mark Robinson in their squad. Current Bull Simon Travis spent two seasons at Stockport from 1997, starting just four games for the then Championship side.

Speaking to the Stockport County official website, manager Chris Turner said of the draw: "I'm disappointed that we're not at home, and going to Edgar Street won't be easy. Hereford have a great tradition in the FA Cup and they have a very experienced manager in Graham Turner. However, if we repeat the performance we put on against Swansea we will be confident of reaching round three."

The tie will take place on the weekend of December 3rd.
