One In, One Out At Stevenage

Less than two weeks after releasing him due to a tight budget, Stevenage have resigned midfielder David Perpetuini on non-contract terms.

The reason for the sudden leeway in the budget may be the unexpected departure of assistant manager Andy Ford, who quit the Hertfordshire club to return to management in his own right. Ford, formerly boss with Gravesend, joined Stevenage in March but retained aspirations to return to the hotseat.
