Defeating Stevenage this afternoon was a massive win said Adam Stansfield talking after the game to BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"They're a good team, big and strong."
Although the teams were fairly even in the first half, Hereford soon gained the upper hand after the break.
"I think after half-time we started to play football and they couldn't cope with it. We broke them down and we got what we deserved in the end.
"I had a couple of chances. One was cleared off the line, one the keeper saved, then a great break down the wing from Rob Purdie and he put a great ball in. The defenders all left it for the keeper and I got it in from six yards."
Meanwhile with all todays results taken into account the Bulls News Potential Points Table is still showing Hereford United with a great chance of making the play-offs.
The table assumes each club gets three points from each of their remaining games.
