1st leg-Mon 2 May 2005

5th place vs 2nd place
4th place vs 3rd place

2nd leg-Thurs 5 May 2005

2nd place vs 5th place
3rd place vs 4th place


NATIONWIDE CONFERENCE PROMOTION FINAL

Sat 14 or or Sun 15 May 2005 at Stoke City (unless Stoke City reach the Championship play-offs)
