Secretary annoyed at break-in

Joan Fennessy, the Hereford United company secretary, has said that the club has been caused extra problems by the recent break-in.

On the early hours of Tuesday morning, thieves broke into the club shop between 1.30 and 1.45am and took over £2,000 worth of shirts and polo shirts.

Stolen items included 78 Hereford United home shirts, and 32 HUFC polo shirts in all sizes.

Ms. Fennessy said: "It is such a struggle to make ends meet, to start with it leaves us with no home shirts - it has caused us quite a few problems."
