Junior supporters in for a quid

Hereford United's younger supporters have an added incentive to travel to Woking for Monday night's Nationwide Conference match, kick off 7.45pm

The Kingfield club are allowing children to enter the ground for just £1 and there will also be pre-match and half-time entertainment to keep the crowd happy. Those that are not at the ground can follow the game live on Sky Sports 1.

However, United boss Graham Turner is less than happy about the break, which is over a week long, in the build-up to the Woking match.

Following the postponement of the Northwich match on Tuesday night due to a clash with the Cheshire Senior Cup, Turner commented: "We would rather have played on Tuesday after our performance at Nuneaton so it's not been good to wait. We've only had one really bad performance against Gravesend but we needed the result at Nuneaton after two setbacks and I was pleased with the players' reaction."

For the Woking match, defender Andy Tretton could return if his groin injury clears up sufficiently, but midfielder Ben Smith is still three weeks away from action as his dislocated shoulder completes healing.
