Clarkie ready for Willo return
Hereford United defender Matt Clarke is looking forward to the return of Gavin Williams to Edgar Street tonight, as the Bulls host Yeovil Town, kick off 7.45pm.
The two are good friends, but there will be no love lost between them on the pitch, according to Clarke.
Talking to the Evening News, he said: "It's no secret we were good friends and it was a shame to see him go but he went with everybody's best wishes. I'm looking forward to playing against him but if he comes near me I might have to kick him."
After drawing 0-0 with Chester City on Saturday, the Bulls will be hoping for another good result tonight.
"It's two tough games against two of the better sides and will be a good indication of our own progress," said Clarke. "To be fair I thought we were the better side against Chester but they were very physical.
"Yeovil have got a lot of young lads who are not as big which might allow us to play a bit more football than Chester who didn't give us much time or space to play."
Gary Johnson, manager of Yeovil, is also ready for the task in hand, saying: "It will be a tough game for us as I am sure they will be wanting to avenge our 2-0 victory at Edgar Street last season."
