Bulls lock horns with former star

Hereford United go in search of their second Nationwide Conference victory of the season on Tuesday as they make the trip south to Gloucesershire-based Forest Green Rovers, kick off 7.45pm.

Following Saturday's 2-1 win over Farnborough Town, United will be eager to maintain their early good form but will still miss attacker John Grant through suspension and midfielder Ben Smith with a dislocated shoulder. However, Hereford came through the weekend without any major injury worries and will expect to field an unchanged side for the game.

The Bulls will face Neil Grayson at the Lawn, after the veteran striker signed for Nigel Spink's side from Cheltenham Town this summer. The thirty-seven year-old was a favourite with Hereford fans back in the 1997/98 season.

Forest Green boss Spink has no new injury worries for the match after Rovers lost 1-0 to Woking on Saturday. Grayson should start up front again alongside Alex Meechan.
