Rhys Davies, son of Hereford FC temporary coach Gareth, has joined Nuneaton on loan from Shrewsbury Town for the remainder of the season.
His father told BN about the news after last Wednesday's FA Cup replay at Torquay.
Rhys played for several of the youth teams at Hereford before joining Shrewsbury as a scholar.
He made his debut for Nuneaton this afternoon and was on the winning side as they defeated FC United 1-0.
