Sawyers and Guinan set for comebacks
Steve Guinan faces a late ahead of tonight's LDV Vans Trophy match against Northampton Town at Edgar Street, kick off 7.45pm.
The Hereford United attacker missed Saturday's 1-1 draw with Halifax Town with an injury which he picked up against Northwich Victoria a week ago.
"They've had us watched four times so I think they are taking it very seriously," said United boss Graham Turner in the Evening New. "Lower league clubs realise what an important competition the LDV Vans Trophy is, especially from a financial situation because there is a lot of money for those that make progress."
"The positive thing about Saturday's match is that we didn't lose which is what we have been prone to do. Chukki (Eribenne) is available for both the FA Cup and LDV Vans and was one of the conditions that we took him. He did okay but we didn't create an awful lot as a side. We had them under quite a lot of pressure but did not make it count.
"Tonight will be a different sort of game but one we are looking forward to. We're going to be the underdogs but it is one where we can go out and enjoy it."
Rob Sawyers who picked up a toe injury that ruled him out of the Halifax match, is fit again but Ben Smith will not feature.
