The nine man hosts couldn’t pull off a great recovery with the match settling moment coming from Harrison Iwunze as the Bulls go two points clear.

Oxford City are second but could only draw a Marine, who had ten men for most of the second half.

South Shields are fourth and in form - they defeated Chester as Cedwyn Scott, Toby Onanaye and Caden Kelly scored in the 3-1 success.

Morecambe left Merthyr Town winning by the same scoreline. Isaac Buckley-Ricketts made the points safe.

George Moncur scored the winner as Bedford left Scarborough victorious.

Darlington started the post Steve Watson era with a fine 3-0 win over rivals Spennymoor. Dylan Stephenson scored a hat-trick.

Radcliffe won at Brackley, while Buxton’s 3-2 success at Chorley was earned by Johnny Johnston.

Will Merry confirmed Hednesford’s win over Spalding as Jack Charles claimed a dramatic point for Hebburn at AFC Telford United.
