Believed to be aged 19, the midfielder is described as having "exceptional technical ability" who enjoys getting on the ball.
"He is capable of scoring goals and will help create scoring opportunities for us," said Hereford manager Paul Caddis, as reported on Hereford's OS.
"He will add energy and talent to the top end of the pitch and most importantly brings a freshness to us in what’s going to be a really tough period physically with so many games still to play."
Two more players are due to sign for Hereford. However, with tomorrow's game against Oxford City looking in doubt going by the weather forecast, they may have to wait until Saturday to make their debut.
