Hereford under the cosh and trailing at Merthyr

Hereford are once again a goal down after a goal in the first half, trailing Merthyr Town 1-0 at the break.

With the visitors having large chunks of possession in the opening 20 minutes without really threatening, Hereford soon found themselves under the cosh.

Hereford stopper Theo Richardson pulled off a fine fingertip save to deny Lewys Twamley, but Merthyr were soon ahead.

A howler from Kyle Howkins saw his weak header back towards the keeper intercepted by Ricardo Rees, scoring his 25th goal of the season - more than all of Hereford's players combined.

The Bulls did try and pull themselves back level as I-Lani Edwards struck the upright after good work by Harley Hamilton but they trail at the break.
