Hereford manager Paul Caddis hasn't ruled out one or two senior players appearing in tonight's HFA County Challenge Cup match at Edgar Street.
Hereford have been drawn at home against Littleton, who are based between Evesham and Bidford on Avon, who ply their trade in the Herefordshire Premier Division.
The game kick off at 7.45pm, with entrance via Executive Club, and it will cost £7 for adults and £2 for U18s, though only card payments will be accepted.
As in previous seasons, it is expected to be the under-18s representing the club in the competition. All senior county teams competing in the Football League or Non-League System, including the Herefordshire Football League Premier Division, enter, and the competition dates back to 1876.
Speaking after Saturday's deflating 2-1 defeat at Fylde, Caddis confirmed it was likely to be the under-18s playing, "especially with only having six subs".
But he said he "might look at one or two that might come and play", but he would discuss that with his backroom staff before Wednesday.
With Tuesday and Thursday spent on the training pitch, injuries are still a focus for Caddis.
Madou Cisse is back with parent club Notts County as he has an ongoing issue with his foot, with Lawson D'Ath also still out and Kyle Howkins absent Saturday having been substituted on Tuesday with a "groin issue".
"It's probably a blessing that they don't have a game for another week, rather than the Saturday-Tuesdays.
"We'll assess him and see how he is."
During training this week, Caddis said he'll be looking at the injury list to see who will be back for Saturday's game against Curzon Ashton at Edgar Street.
