Sporting Khalsa keeper Ravan Constable
The Football Association has vowed to work with match officials, clubs and relevant authorities to take action over the alleged racist abuse at Sporting Khalsa.
The FA Cup second qualifying round tie between the Willenhall club and Hereford was abandoned midway through the second half with the Bulls leading 2-1.
It came after home keeper Ravan Constable reported to referee Callum Fisk that he had been racially abused.
In a short statement on Sunday morning, the FA said it was "very concerned about the allegation of discrimination from an area of the crowd".
"Incidents of this nature will not be tolerated in our game, and we will work with the match officials, the clubs and the relevant authorities to establish the facts and ensure the appropriate action is taken."
Next steps for the tie will be decided in due course.
When a similar incident was reported at the fourth qualifying round tie between Haringey Borough and Yeovil in 2019 and the original match abandoned, it was replayed.
Hereford and Sporting Khalsa have said there is no place for any discriminatory behaviour and investigations into the events that led to the abandonment are ongoing.
