Hereford's PA volunteer Matt Healey is to host Radio Hereford FC's breakfast show which is to be called Matt In The Morning.
BN spoke to Matt and asked him how this had come about.
"I had left Sunshine Radio late 2020 and after nearly 25 years in the business and working for various stations in the midlands and south west. it had been a great run. I wanted to concentrate more on my gigs and the other things I do, so we came to a mutual parting of the ways, I've had a few people offer me radio bits over the years but It wasn't the right fit for me.
I was speaking to Keith Hall before the Scunthorpe end of season game and he mentioned they wanted a breakfast presenter at Radio Hereford FC, I mulled over it during the summer and we did a rehearsal a few weeks ago and it all clicked into place so we agreed that I would take on the breakfast show.
We now have the various Radio Hereford FC apps now live, so you can download them and listen to Radio Hereford FC anywhere in the world, the breakfast show is on every day from 7-10am and it would be great to have your company."
