The club, 18th in the Vanarama National League North table, announced this week that defenders Trevon Bryan and Joe Mattock, as well as midfielder Kaedyn Kamara, had left Rossett Park.
But they have moved to bring in left-back Bailey Sloane following his departure from Farsley Celtic.
The 22-year-old joins Marine, who have won four of their last five games including beating Kidderminster Harriers 3-1, after making 26 National League North appearances for Farsley in the National League North this season.
The defender has previously represented sides such as Accrington Stanley, Clitheroe and Chester.
Farsley Celtic are currently 23rd in the league with just 26 points - the same as Rushall a place below and Warrington a place above - and are suffering major off-field problems including not having a pitch at The Citadel and being forced to play their games 70 miles away at fellow league side Buxton.
Sloane was part of the Farsley squad Hereford beat 3-0 at Edgar Street earlier in the season.
