Lee Delighted By Performance

Spennymoor manager Graeme Lee was very pleased with his side's 2-0 win at Hereford yesterday.

"Obviously we've had a long journey," said Lee.

"I knew Hereford would want to come at us so it was about us matching them and more, going at them and taking the pressure off us and putting the pressure on them and I felt we did that.

"These types of games it's about second balls , if you can pick those second balls up and then start dominating their half, I thought we did that all over the pitch.

"Positions, discipline, shape and then create some fanastic chances. I thought the goals were fanastic.

"The second half was about coming out and doing your job, making sure you don't take any risks or no chances to them.

"We limited them so it killed the game off at times.

"The whole performance, I'm delighted."

Spennymoor's first goal was from a Ollie Dyson free kick.

"He's took everyone by surprise, Ollie, it's a fantastic goal.

"We were on the front foot at the time so to get that goal was brilliant.

"And then Glen Taylor gets his 200th goal in style.

"200 goals, what a man."
