The clubs taking part in the new Cup competition for National League Clubs and Premier League Under 21's have been listed.
They are: Sutton United, Forest Green Rovers, Solihull Moors or Bromley, Barnet, Altrincham, Gateshead, FC Halifax Town, Aldershot Town, Southend United, Oldham Athletic, Rochdale, Hartlepool United, Eastleigh, Maidenhead United, Dagenham & Redbridge and Wealdstone.
The Premier League Clubs Under 21's: Arsenal, Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham, Leicester City, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Nottingham forest, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The new competition will comprise four regional groups of eight teams in
its group stage. In each group will be four clubs from the National
League and four from the Premier League clubs' U-21s. Those teams which
qualify from the group stage will progress to a knock out phase.
