Hereford's Aaron Skinner played in midfield last night at Peterborough Sports. Afterwards he spoke to the local media.
"It's the first time I've played centre-mid for Hereford," said Skinner.
"But I've played there in youth teams at Bury and Tottenham so it's not unfamiliar to me, I enjoyed it.
"The conditions on the pitch didn't help but I felt we played the game as it should have been played. It worked out for us."
As well as going into midfield Skinner had a new team mate next to him. Jid Okeke, on loan from Stockport, was on the right wing.
"We tried to turn them as much as possible. We knew that when they play at the back there was going to be space in behind the two wide centre halves.
"It was a case of just turning them as much as possible because we know Phillips and Cowley can get on the end of things with their pace.
"It was good to finally get a few goals, we missed a few chances on Saturday.
"Hopefully we can get our confidence up and score a few more goals in the coming games."
What do you think of Alex Babos's two goal, one an excellent free kick?
"They were really good goals.
"I thought he should have got a hat-trick when it dropped to him on the edge of the box.
"Two really good goals, our third one came at a really good time because we had just conceded. They gave us a bit of comfort as well."
