Hereford shareholders have been invited to an informal meeting next week.
As well as receiving a financial update from director Peter Churchus, they will also be adressed by club chairman Chris Ammonds on his first season in the post.
Amidst the various topics expected to be raised will be the demolition of the Blackfriars End and the continuing campaign to change the name of the club back to Hereford United.
