Left-back Jack Evans will be leaving Hereford this summer.
Manager Paul Caddis said that the deal offered to Evans had expired and he's currently training with a National League club.
But with Evans only being 22 years old, the club should be due compensation if he completes a move to the club.
Evans was popular among supporters last season and was solid at left-back. He was also crowned Junior Bulls' player of the season.
In total, he made 30 appearances and scored three goals.
Earlier this week, Caddis said Evans had every right to try and get back into full-time football, having previously been on the books at Forest Green.
Caddis said he wouldn't want to stand in his way because he's a brilliant lad.
He also said he wished Evans well.
